How to represent forecasts in text

I like relevant linked outside views (eg prediction markets/forecasts)

I prefer writers use percentages to words like 'maybe' 'probably' etc

It's bad if percentages look like they are supported by outside sources when they aren't

I like writers to make clear forecasts

Percentages break up the flow of the text
